Treatment and Prevention of Tinnitus

Take back your quality of life using any or all of the following methods to fight Tinnitus!


·         Reduce exposure to extremely loud noise

·         Avoid total silence

·         Decrease salt intake

·         Monitor  blood pressure

·         Avoid stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine

·         Exercise

·         Reduce fatigue

·         Manage stress and implement relaxation techniques

·         Try Acoustic Therapy

·         Remove earwax buildup

·         Treat a blood vessel condition

·         Ask about current medications and change, if necessary

·         Suppress external noise

·         Employ masking devices

·         Try Tinnitus retraining

·         Reduce alcohol consumption

·         Try music therapy
